Baillieston is located North of the Maryville Intersection off the M74 (from the South), the M73 (link motorway between M74 from the South and A80, M80 to the North), and the M8 / A8 (Edinburgh - Glasgow) motorways. Officially this is known as the Baillieston Intersection, but locally it is known as the 'Baillieston Spaghetti Junction'. The A89 (Glasgow - Coatbridge road) has limited access at this intersection. Travel towards the 'Baillieston Lights'. Take care here as this is a complex junction where the A8 and A89 intersect with local roads.
